I think based on the screenshots, it looks too similar, and I feel like it’ll just be what feels like more thief simulator 1 content, and I mean if it is it’ll definitely get tiring. Now I know the sequel isn’t out yet, and that’s why you should take what I’m saying with a grain of salt, but looking at the images for the sequel, it just looks like an alternative version of Thief Simulator. The only issue I have is not with this game, but with the sequel. It’s a really good thief game, and thief/stealth games are personally my favorite.
This game is incredibly fun, I loved playing it through, and it’s aged well.
Small issues apart (I don’t need to list them, they are minimal), the game is good, fun, engaging and there are a lot of things to do. But specially the 2nd neighbourhood is packed with new stuff. The game has 3 neighbourhoods, there is a varied things of to do in the 2nd neighbourhood, it even seems like a new game and then in the 3rd one, you have industries and companies to rob and do tasks.
